SiteOS — a construction site manager's day, in one app

Projects, labour, stock, machinery and bills for Indian mid-size builders running several active sites at once — currently in development as Akvega's own product.

The problem

A builder running five to twenty active sites at once tracks labour, material stock, machinery and bills separately per site, usually on paper or in scattered spreadsheets. Nothing is visible until someone manually compiles it, and by then a shortage or an overspend has already happened.

What was built

  • Projects and sites in one dashboard, with role-based access for admins and site managers
  • Labour and attendance tracking across every site
  • Material stock with receipts, usage and low-stock alerts
  • Machinery logs and bills with PDF export
  • Blueprint and document uploads per project
  • Offline-first sync, so entries made on-site with no signal catch up once connectivity returns

Stack

  • Flutter
  • Supabase — Postgres with row-level security, auth, storage, edge functions
  • Firebase Crashlytics

Current status

Publishing it unfinished is the point: this is what real software looks like mid-build, not a highlight reel.
