What does a branding engagement with Akvega actually include?
Akvega’s branding work builds an identity system: strategy, visual identity, naming and voice, and the guidelines that hold them together. The system is designed to stay coherent across every campaign, website and product surface. Because one team runs the campaigns and ships the sites, the identity is tested in use, not presented on a slide.

Deliverables
- Brand strategy
- Visual identity
- Brand guidelines
- Naming and voice
Brand strategy
Positioning, audience and the promise the business can actually keep, written down before anything is drawn. The strategy is the brief every later design decision is checked against.
Visual identity
Logo system, colour, type, layout and imagery rules, built as a system with the contrast and accessibility checks done, so it holds on a phone screen, a shopfront and a pitch deck alike.
Naming and voice
Name, tagline and tone of voice, with examples of how the brand speaks in English, Telugu and Hindi where the audience needs it. Written for the people who will post, pitch and reply every day.
Brand guidelines
One document that records the rules and the reasons, handed over with every source file, so an in-house designer or a new vendor can extend the identity without drifting from it.
Rollout across surfaces
Templates for social, ads, decks and the website, plus the design tokens the engineering team builds from, so the identity ships into live campaigns and products, not only a PDF.
How it runs
4 stages, in this order.
- 01
Diagnose
A paid diagnostic of the current brand: where the identity is inconsistent across the website, Google Business Profile, Instagram and print, and what each fix costs. Yours to keep.
- 02
Strategy
Positioning, audience and voice agreed in writing. This is the brief every visual decision is tested against, so debates are about the strategy rather than taste.
- 03
Identity
Logo, colour, type and imagery developed in short rounds you can see, then tested on real surfaces: a post, a landing page, a product screen.
- 04
Guidelines and rollout
The guidelines, source files and templates handed over in your accounts, and the identity applied to the campaigns and site the same team is already running.
Questions about branding.
01What does Akvega’s branding service actually include?
Akvega’s branding service covers brand strategy, visual identity, naming and voice, and brand guidelines. The output is an identity system with source files and templates, built to stay coherent across campaigns, websites and product surfaces rather than being redrawn for each channel.
02Is branding just a logo, or something more?
A logo is one part of a brand identity. Branding at Akvega also covers positioning, colour, type, imagery, naming, tone of voice and the guidelines that keep them consistent. A logo without the system around it gets redrawn the first time a new channel needs it.
03How does a branding project with Akvega start?
With a paid diagnostic. Akvega audits how the brand currently appears across the website, Google Business Profile, Instagram and other social accounts, returns the findings within 1 to 2 working days, and prices each fix. The audit is yours whether or not you continue.
04How much does branding cost with Akvega?
Branding is scoped and quoted from the diagnostic; there is no list price. What moves the number is the scope: a refresh of an existing identity versus a new one, whether naming is included, how many surfaces need templates, and how deep the guidelines go.
05How long does a branding project take?
The timeline is set in the diagnostic alongside the scope, because a rename with a full identity takes longer than a refresh. Strategy is agreed first, then the identity is developed in short rounds you can see and tested on real surfaces before sign-off.
06Do we need a full rebrand or a refresh?
The diagnostic answers that. A refresh keeps the recognisable parts of an identity and fixes what is inconsistent; a rebrand starts from strategy because the positioning or the name has changed. Akvega recommends the smaller option when it solves the problem.
07What do the brand guidelines actually contain?
Akvega’s brand guidelines record the logo system and its clear space, colour with accessibility contrast notes, type scale, imagery and layout rules, and tone of voice with examples. Each rule states why it exists, so a new designer can extend the identity instead of guessing.
08Can you build a brand for Hyderabad audiences in Telugu?
Yes. Akvega is based in Hyderabad and works in English, Telugu and Hindi. Naming and voice are developed for the languages the brand actually sells in, and checked for how they read and sound locally, rather than translated from an English original afterwards.
09Who owns the logo and brand files afterwards?
You do, from the day they are delivered. Logo files, source design files, font licences bought for the brand, and the guidelines are handed over in your accounts and storage, not held by Akvega. Nothing has to be requested back if you leave.
10Does the identity get applied to our campaigns and website?
Yes. Because the same team runs the search, ads and social work and builds the websites, the identity ships as templates, design tokens and components into live campaigns and products. That is the difference between a brand book and a brand in use.
11Can we keep our existing logo and fix the rest?
Yes. Many identities have a usable logo and no system around it. Akvega can keep the mark, define the colour, type, imagery and voice it was missing, and write the guidelines, so what people already recognise stays and the inconsistency stops.
12Can Akvega work with our in-house designer or agency?
Yes. Akvega can lead the identity work, embed with your designer on your tools, or produce the strategy and guidelines for another team to execute. The guidelines are written so that whoever extends the identity later can do it without Akvega.
