How every engagement starts

What is Akvega’s paid diagnostic, and why does every engagement start with one?

Before any retainer or project, Akvega audits everything a customer can find about you and returns it within 1 to 2 working days, with the cost to fix each item. It is the first piece of work, not a sales call, and it is yours whether or not you continue.

What is audited

Five places a customer finds you.

  • Google Business Profile

Whether it exists, who owns it, categories, service area, photos, description, reviews and whether the name, address and phone match the website and directories.

  • Website

Speed on a mid-range phone, what Google can and cannot index, titles and descriptions, structured data, tracking, and whether each page says what a buyer needs to hear.

  • Design and brand consistency

Whether the logo, colours, type and voice are the same on the site, the profile, the ads and the social accounts, and where they drift.

  • Instagram and social accounts

Handles, bios, links, posting cadence, formats, and whether the accounts point back to a page that can convert the attention.

  • Ad accounts, where they exist

Who owns them, how campaigns are structured, what conversion tracking measures, and where spend is buying impressions instead of customers.

What you receive

An audit that is also a quote.

  1. 01

    A written audit

Every finding across the five areas, in plain language, with why it costs you customers.

  2. 02

The cost to fix each item

Each finding is priced, so the audit is also the quote. You choose which fixes to buy, in what order, and from whom.

  3. 03

    A recommended order

What to fix first because everything else depends on it, and what can wait.

  4. 04

Everything, whether or not you continue

The audit is yours. Take it to your own team, another vendor, or back to Akvega.

Handed over within 1 to 2 working days of kickoff.

Why it is paid

Three reasons, none of them margin.

  • A free audit is a sales pitch

An audit given away has to earn its cost back in the retainer it leads to, so it is written to sell. A paid one is written to be right, because being right is what was bought.

  • The audit is the first piece of work

Two working days of a certified practitioner going through your profile, site, design and accounts is real work with a real output. It is priced like one.

  • It removes the guess from the quote

Because every finding is priced, the number you are quoted is built on what was found, not on what was assumed on a discovery call.

Questions about the diagnostic.

01What is Akvega’s paid diagnostic?

A paid audit of your Google Business Profile, website, design, Instagram and other social accounts, returned within 1 to 2 working days. Every finding comes with the cost to fix it, and you keep the audit whether or not you continue with Akvega.

02How long does the diagnostic take?

One to two working days from kickoff to handover. Kickoff is the short call where you share access to the accounts to be audited; the written audit follows within two working days of that.

03How much does the diagnostic cost?

A fixed fee, agreed before the audit starts and stated in writing. It does not change with what is found. The fee is for the audit itself; the cost to fix each finding is listed separately inside it.

04Why is the diagnostic paid when other agencies offer free audits?

Because a free audit has to earn its cost back in the retainer it leads to, so it is written to sell. A paid audit is written to be right. It is also two days of certified work with a real deliverable you keep.

05What exactly do we receive at the end?

A written audit covering the five areas, each finding explained in plain language with its cost to fix, and a recommended order of work. It is yours to take to your own team, another vendor, or back to Akvega.

06Do we have to hire Akvega for the fixes afterwards?

No. The audit is priced so that it stands on its own. Many findings are things your team can fix; the priced list makes it easy to decide what to do in-house, what to give Akvega and what to ignore.

07What access do you need to run the diagnostic?

Read access to the website, Google Business Profile, analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and social accounts you want audited. Access is granted from your accounts to Akvega, never the other way round, and can be revoked the day the audit is delivered.

08Can we get a diagnostic if we do not have a website yet?

Yes. The audit covers whatever exists — often a Google Business Profile and an Instagram account — and the priced findings become the scope for what to build first. The build itself is quoted from that scope.

09Is the diagnostic done in person in Hyderabad?

The kickoff can be, anywhere in Hyderabad. The audit itself is desk work and runs remotely, which is how Akvega delivers it for clients across India and the US at the same turnaround.

10Who actually performs the audit?

The growth side of the team, Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certified, with the engineering side for the website review. The people who write the audit are the people who would do the work.
