Why this is hard to find out
Search for what digital marketing costs in Hyderabad and you will find ranges, not prices. “Depends on your goals.” “Starting from a custom quote.” “Let’s get on a call.”
Some of that is genuine — scope really does change the number. Most of it is not. An unpublished price means two discovery calls happen before either side finds out the budget was never going to match, and it means the proposal arrives as a single figure you have no way to interrogate.
So here are ours, with what sits inside them. Every figure below also appears on the pricing page, and both are generated from the same file, so they cannot drift apart.
The three monthly packages
Growth marketing is sold as a monthly fee. Every figure below excludes GST at 18%, and excludes the ad budget, which is discussed further down.
| Package | Monthly fee | Built for |
|---|---|---|
| Local Visibility | ₹20,000 | New businesses, local shops and early-stage startups that need to be found in Hyderabad |
| Search & Social Growth | ₹40,000 | Scaling brands, D2C businesses and growing SMEs buying search and social together |
| Market Leader | ₹60,000 | Brands that want to own their category in search results and in AI answers |
Local Visibility covers Google Business Profile setup and optimisation, local SEO across five to ten keywords, social media on two platforms, eight to twelve posts a month including Reels, one managed paid campaign, and a monthly performance report.
Search & Social Growth widens that to full on-page and off-page SEO across fifty keywords, Google Ads and Meta Ads both fully managed, three to four social platforms, twenty to twenty-five posts a month, two to three influencer collaborations, an AI chatbot for lead capture on your site, and fortnightly strategy calls against a live dashboard.
Market Leader adds answer-engine and AI-search coverage on top of advanced SEO, extends paid into LinkedIn and YouTube, runs thirty to forty posts plus one or two brand videos a month, five to ten influencer campaigns, and gives you a dedicated account manager with weekly calls.
Above that, custom scopes run up to ₹1,00,000 a month.
What sits on top of the fee
Two things, and both of them catch people out.
GST at 18%. ₹20,000 is ₹23,600 paid. ₹40,000 is ₹47,200. ₹60,000 is ₹70,800. If you are a registered business this is usually input credit rather than cost, but it is the number that leaves your account.
Ad spend, paid by you. The fee buys the work. The budget that buys the impressions is paid directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn from accounts in your own name. It never passes through us, and it is never marked up — which also means we have nothing to gain from telling you to spend more.
| Package | Fee inc. GST | Ad budget | Total monthly outlay |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local Visibility | ₹23,600 | ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 | ₹28,600 – ₹38,600 |
| Search & Social Growth | ₹47,200 | ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 | ₹67,200 – ₹97,200 |
| Market Leader | ₹70,800 | ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 | ₹1,20,800 – ₹1,70,800 |
Those ad budget floors are not arbitrary. Below roughly ₹5,000 a month a campaign never gathers enough conversion data to optimise against, and you end up paying a management fee to run something that cannot learn.
How that compares with the rest of Hyderabad
Two agencies in this city do publish figures, and both were checked on 16 September 2026.
BeTopSEO’s Hyderabad cost guide (Henry Lewis, 19 April 2026) puts a small local business at ₹15K–₹40K a month, a mid-size business at ₹40K–₹1L, and an enterprise or local category leader at ₹1L–₹2L+. It prices SEO alone at ₹10K–₹25K a month for a basic scope and ₹25K–₹75K for an advanced one.
Glamark’s pricing guide (updated 18 April 2026) publishes three monthly bundles — ₹24,999, ₹49,999 and ₹99,999 — and, like us, states that all prices exclude 18% GST and that ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to the platforms.
Akvega’s ₹20,000, ₹40,000 and ₹60,000 sit inside both of those ranges rather than under them. This is not a claim to be the cheapest option in Hyderabad, and if that is what you are optimising for you will find it. The difference worth paying attention to is what the fee contains: whether technical fixes are implemented or handed to you as a list, and whether the people running the campaign can change the page it points at.
Treat all three of these as what they are — published rate cards, not a market survey. Nobody has audited what Hyderabad agencies actually invoice, ourselves included.
What build work costs
Websites, online stores, mobile apps, product design and internal tools are quoted per project rather than per month, and we do not publish a starting figure for them yet.
That is a deliberate gap rather than an oversight. A “websites from ₹X” number is accurate for exactly one shape of website and misleading for every other, and the honest version of the answer needs to know how many pages, whether you need to edit them yourself, whether the content and photography exist, and what has to integrate with what. The paid diagnostic establishes that, and the quote comes out of it.
What actually moves the number
If you are comparing quotes — ours or anyone’s — these are the variables doing the work:
- How many keywords, and how competitive. Five local terms and fifty national ones are not the same job.
- Whether content is written or only recommended. A great many SEO quotes cover the audit and the plan, and stop at the point where somebody has to write the page.
- Whether technical fixes are implemented or handed over. A list of problems is cheaper than fixed problems. It is also worth much less.
- How many channels. Each platform added is another creative format, another audit, another reporting surface.
- Whether there is a build attached. A campaign pointing at a page nobody can change on your behalf is the most expensive kind of cheap — which is the whole argument for one team holding both ends.
What to do with this
Take these numbers to whoever else you are talking to and ask them to break their quote down the same way: fee, GST, ad spend, and what happens when the work crosses from marketing into the website. If they cannot, that tells you something before you have spent anything.
If you want that comparison done properly on your own accounts, the paid diagnostic audits your Google Business Profile, website, design, social and existing ad accounts, and prices every finding so the audit doubles as a quote. It comes back within one to two working days, and it is yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
